At Elevate Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, founded in 2013, by Certified Nurse Practitioner Marti Goetz, FNP-C, located in Jackson Hole Wyoming and further expanded to northern Michigan in 2021. We are dedicated to offering advanced aesthetic treatments and comprehensive family practice services to Petoskey, Gaylord and surrounding communities.
Our range of aesthetic treatments includes CoolSculpting Elite®, chemical peels, Botox®, Juvederm® and Restylane® dermal fillers, and laser skin resurfacing. Our main focus is assessing each individuals aesethetic presentation and provide facial balancing by treating aging skin, fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation, all with a “less is more” philosophy to ensure minimal downtime.
